What is the significance of tacos? I'm seeing a ton of taco references and I don't known what it is code for specifically.

I saw a 'pizza party' hat in the dollar spot at Target the other day. They don't sell it online. I should have snapped a pic.

However, when I searched just now for a pic of the hat I ran across this book. It is written by the same author as 'Dragons Love Tacos'. What??? Here's a description. I'm feeling this might be worth digging into.
