Lorem ipsum is standard placeholder text. "Amenities" is a section of the website they will complete later.

The "tiny owl" at bottom is the Trip Adviser logo. Obviously they are a TA affiliate.
(All you had to do was hold your cursor over the "tiny owl" logo to find that out.)
