Looks like it. I'm no art critic but when you look at his work, it's all copy cat ideas. He doesn't have one ounce of original thought. Unless you call making a 3 dimensional replica of Felix the Cat from a 2 dimensional cartoon created by someone else. The guy is a fraud.
