Jac's Cafe, 29 Crest Ave, OPERATES out of the heartland of Winthrop. a few miles East from Boston, Massachusetts.
Conveniently located next to a pizza shop called "Crest Pizza" and a mysterious silver door Numbered 33.
The number 33 is of major significance to Freemasonry and other occult groups.
If a life is taken close to the northern 33rd Parallel, this fits with the Masons’ demonic mythology in which they demonstrate their worldly power by spilling human blood at a predetermined locale. [Masons and Mystery At The 33rd Parallel", by Day Williams]
Google screen shot of the silver door numbered 33. Situated to the right of Crest Ave Pizza.
I can't finding anything on the door numbered 33, which brings only more scrutiny and remember this...
We plan to heat the pool, so a swim is a possibility. Bonnie will be Uber Service to transport Ruby, Emerson, and Maeve Luzzatto (11, 9, and almost 7) so you’ll have some further entertainment, and they will be in that pool for sure.

The owner is listed as being Amy Bergino.
I ran a check on the family name "Bergino" but I can only find the one ANYWHERE, only Amy Bergino..

It's clear Amy Bergino is a pen name, but why hide??
The only other reference of Bergino I can find, is that of a baseball club house in New York, owned by the Goldbergs.
Located in the Greenwich Village, the Bergino Baseball Clubhouse is love letter to baseball: an 'art' gallery that features unique things. [wall street journal]

Do the Goldberg's have a connection to Winthrop?
I found this..
Mr. Goldberg has been a private investor in both real estate and start-up companies and has provided consulting services to start-up companies since 1999. Mr. Goldberg's real estate experience includes serving as a member of the board of directors and the audit committees of Shelbourne Properties I, II and III, three affiliated real estate investment trusts, from August 2002 until their liquidation in April 2004. In addition, he served as a member of the board of trustees of Winthrop Realty Trust ("Winthrop"), a publicly-traded real estate investment trust, from December 2003 to August 5, 2016 when Winthrop's assets were transferred to Winthrop Realty Liquidating Trust. Mr. Goldberg currently serves as a trustee for Winthrop Realty Liquidating Trust.

Nearly 800 like. It's history spans back more then 10 years yet their photo section is nonexistent.
The same notion can be applied with Jac's related accounts.
Although I did manage to retrieve a picture from google reviews, taken inside, posted sometime in January of late.
If you zoom in, to the back wall of the cafe. You can see a smoothie selection. The design of the menu and relating imagery to fruit is very sexual orientated and succeeds with it's attempt to play on words.
