For money and a free apartment and extradition and citizenship. (He's in prison in Russia.) And FBI would also drop charges they were pursuing him on. He was asked TWICE by the FBI to do this, while he was in prison, and was asked to blame it on Putin. He declined twice.

Hillary is a very high ranking pure blood. Comey and Bill are much lower ranked in the elites chain of command. They will do anything to protect her. They are scared of her for reasons too bizzare for even this place.

I believe that to be true. It's why I hope definitive proof of something so obscene becomes public. It would ruin her, and her status, and her protection. It would have to be so unconscionable that her loyal protectors would scatter rather than be associated with her and "it".
