For money and a free apartment and extradition and citizenship. (He's in prison in Russia.) And FBI would also drop charges they were pursuing him on. He was asked TWICE by the FBI to do this, while he was in prison, and was asked to blame it on Putin. He declined twice.

Comey is 100 percent (and more) a Clinton hack and stooge. Criminal. And corrupting (further) the FBI. No wonder Trump sacked him so ingloriously.
