Katy Perry seems to be a grown-up Jonbenet Ramsey. Sounds far-fetched, but it seems to be the case.
I hope that seeing her with blonde hair as in this video will perhaps get some of you to consider the intriguing evidence of this possibility!

If we had their facial recognition software and databases, I bet we could find tons of famous people in old news stories/fake news/False Flags.. This theory is definitely plausible..
