In North Jersey, three days before Halloween and 9 days before the elections in 1977, James Comey and his younger brother Peter had a run in with a criminal that had raped young teens in Bergen County.

A man dubbed “the Ramsey rapist” held 15-year-old Comey and his younger brother at gunpoint after breaking into their Allendale home on an October day in 1977, one of a string of break-ins that included the rape of two area baby sitters. The Comey brothers, locked in a bathroom while the intruder searched the home, escaped through a window, only to encounter the man again on their lawn. The brothers ran back inside the house, locked the doors and called police, setting off a massive manhunt.

Comey has said [that episode] taught him important lessons about crime’s psychological toll on victims. He said it affected him for years, though he did not say exactly how.

Comey has seen all those emails. What happened to that important lesson?

One of the Comey brothers (unnamed), identified the rapist in a line up, but the police did not pursue**any **charges. In fact, the bail for the guy they had in custody was lowered and the police chief put up his own house as bond (ethics, conflict of interest). A grand jury in 1978 returned no indictments.

No one was ever charged for the home invasion or the rapes.

There's a lot more to that story than what they're putting into print. I'd be interested to know if there are any indications that the rapist was part of a ring of some kind. I wonder if the rapist was fulfilling an initiation rite. Was it just him or did he have accomplices? Did Comey's parents know the guy or have any connection to him?

Clearly, if the police chief made sure the guy walked and without even being charged (which kept him out of "the system" or database of arrests) he had reason to keep the guy quiet.

I think related in one way or another. Probably not biologically. I'm thinking that maybe the chief and Comey's father were Masons or part of some other group participating in sex trafficking and child rapes. If Comey himself was a 33rd degree Mason it would not surprise me one bit. In fact, it would explain a lot.

What if the boys or one of them was really raped? What if the story sounds as if it has holes in it because it does. Remember in those days, what it would mean in that community to the family. The mother was involved in the Catholic Church and in the country club, the father sold real estate and was a councilman. It is possible the rapist was never charged, so the story could be changed. It was just a break in, no rape. People wondered, but later forgot about it. Oh, yeah the boys were really smart, right? We wonder what happened to make them like they are, so maybe they were raped and it was covered up to bury the embarrassment. James and his brother Peter may have both become pedophiles or maybe just James. Just a thought.

If it's a break-in to rob the home, then it is called burglary. When someone is assaulted or murdered in the home and there is no "break-in" or burglary, then it is called a "home invasion". There is no mention of forced entry either, so they could not use the term break-in in that case either. Think about all the things wrong with the "official story" as per usual.

All the information indicates there were no charges.

I am proposing there were no charges because the parents did not press charges. Due to their standing in the community and the shame in those days, I am saying they may have just wanted it to go away. Also, as we know parents nowadays allow these things to happen, for payment. Also there is the 'possibility that a master key was used by LE and the story was made up. I think there are holes because the truth has never been told. Only Comey and his brother know the real truth.

There were no charges because the grand jury did not hand any down.

You're absolutely right. The official version stinks. Also, if this was a legit version of the story, why hasn't it come up from Comey's people? They would have used it as a compassion story to shine him up and guilt people onto his side-- from the time he was in the running for FBI director until recently when the Donald stuff blew up.

They would rather talk about an absurd analogy of Nixon firing a special prosecutor to Trump's firing of Comey, instead of opening the Pandora's box of Bill Clinton firing his FBI director the very day before the body of Vince Foster was "discovered". Although Foster was last seen alive in the white house and no record exists of him leaving, his dead body with no blood is found in Virginia. Tunnels?

With tunnels under most of DC, how could there not be tunnels beneath the White House too, especially for use in an emergency? So logic directs me to think of a location that is close and that could be secured from passerby's eyes. A location they could take Foster via an underground tunnel, pop up with men wearing guns but who wouldn't raise eyebrows and where they could scoot Foster into a car, preferably in an underground parking lot beneath this theoretical nearby building. Using Google Earth, I see how incredibly close and direct the Treasury Department building is. How handy.

I think you nailed it. The body was clearly moved. Anyone who isn't afraid to see the truth is hit between the eyes with the obvious fact that his body was moved and thus it was a cover up of some sort for some reason. Even back when I was still asleep, I knew that. Except I figured he'd had an honest heart attack with a prostitute and his buddies wanted to save the widow from embarrassment. How naive I was.

The thing is that there is no evidence whatsoever, video or otherwise, that Foster left the white house, let alone traveled to another state suddenly to kill himself in a park.

But if they conveyed him through a tunnel, then everything was easy for them to stage--he could have even been shot there.

Here's evidence of tunnels under the White House..

Not to entirely douse warm interests in secret places at the White House, there was once a “tunnel” that could be considered “secret,” although it was not a very desirable place to visit. This was a conduit built to carry water from the concealed gutters on the roof away from the house and was subsequently incorporated into Thomas Jefferson’s water closets in 1801. Water and waste were simply flushed from the house, through the tunnel, out in the open on the marsh that began on down the slope south of the house. You brought up a good point with the gunshot-- in the tunnel it would have been hard to hear it as opposed to almost anywhere else. If it happened within the White House itself, it would probably depend on where and who was there at the time. However, I'm guessing it was planned and so they would have used a silencer. Maybe they drugged him first so he wouldn't resist and they did it where they could clean up easily and without anyone walking in on them-- like the tunnels. I didn't know about the Obama expansion of the tunnels. But back then I probably would have taken it at face value. That's what's funny about waking up-- everything looks different afterwards.

This is all the more reason that we need to look again at past events, especially those which so not seem to make sense. A little light shining on them and then we see clearly.
