The normal part of me keeps trying to fathom some kind of understanding on how someone could do this to their child or any child....especially to film and take pictures.
But then, as unfortunate as it is, I realize there is no way to wrap a sane head around such insane, terrible behavior...

They both need to quickly be put down. There is no rehabilitating that kind of behavior.
