The song is about how young boys, although horny, obviously aren't ready for sex since they have no idea what it is.

I don't see what people are up in arms about....You know the song isn't promoting something as obviously harmful and of ofdadevul as teaching teenagers safe sex practices and what to do when confronted by a potential molester.....
