He has what I call Triangle Face. His nasolabial folds are excessively pronounced and furrow deep into his face. This guy has lips that fold in on themselves as though perpetually disgusted. This may be just because he's in perp-mode. One of the kids in the hoax tunnel video by CPP had triangle face, which probably indicates childhood sexual abuse.
Ones to really watch out for are the ones who have the peculiar smile.
I wish I could find it again, but there was a catalog of faces by a fellow named Ekman who studied faces to such a degree he could recognize if a particular tribal society had a predilection for paedophilia. I have tried to no avail to find it. Not that I would recommend searching by face for guilt as the sheer volume of false positives an amateur would turn up would be far too much work to investigate to dismiss.
