This is a bunch of hooey. There's nothing mysterious about dinner at Blanca. It's just exclusive and expensive. But anyone who has the cash and gets a reservation can do it.
I know about this mysterious and secretive place, because I saw it on TV.
Blanca and Roberta's are in the same physical space. I think it's on an upper floor behind Roberta's, so you have you to go in through Roberta's. Roberta's is in an industrial neighborhood and used to be a factory or warehouse of some kind so, it's a big space. The Michelin Guide calls it a compound.

Because** deep within that compound-**which first helped elevate seedy Bushwick into a haute foodie 'hood-lays this gleaming kitchen for serious eaters. Warm and fluid service keeps the mood friendly among the small group sitting side-by-side at the counter. Blanca serves a carefully conceived 20-course tasting menu that promises immense creativity and an artist's ability to weave an unforgettable experience. This is dinner theater, with all eyes fixed on the open kitchen and its focused, muted chefs quietly tweezing each morsel of food into perfection. Menus aren't presented until the end of the meal, but list dishes like creamy sunflower seed "milk" topped with crisp Pink Lady apple cubes and a mouth-coating grating of foie gras, tied together with chili and salt flakes. Fantastic pasta includes thick noodles "carbonara" with crisp and tender bits of lamb. Fragrant Makrut lime makes coconut ice and cashew ice cream refreshing and delicious.

Arewesure: Thanks for your clarification. By mysterious I was referring to the absence of a menu so I took it as a surprise feast. The OP and video maker tried to find a location and could not which is in keeping with roving dinners, something that is urban chic, carole greenwood was doing it for awhile in DC. I guess they didn't look very hard and I compounded the shortcoming. Anyway, I dont know if all this satanic symbolism is just one huge fashion statement but it does impact impressionable young minds and there can be long lasting consequences to foolish activities in one's youth..
