When I first saw that pic on Titus Frost's video months ago, I felt very disturbed and on an intuitive level I felt that young guy could perhaps be found.
Then later in that same video -- in the basement scene where a hole has been dug -- I wondered if the young man leaning up against the wall with his head kind of down could be that same young man. In that pic, there is another, older, man with his arms crossed staring at the hole. I think the older guy may be either associated with the construction business next to Comet Ping Pong, OR perhaps (if memory serves me right) he may be the guy who posted the baby coffins.
I am sorry I can't be of more help, but I really did "feel" that the young guy pictured in bondage was the same young guy working in the basement. And I felt that the body language of the older man in the basement photo made him the dominant figure while the body language of the young man spelled subordinate. (And not merely because of age difference).
