Things like this never actually work in real life.
Reporting these crimes would do nothing but make you vulnerable for trying to expose it. It certainly won't result in bringing down an establishment-protected criminal cabal.
I mean, we could go around making citizens arrests, too, but, come on. It's just silly to think that'd really work and not just get you sucided.

There are things called CC... Use it. When writing about such things you should always CC another person, ideally, your lawyer, notary, a person of import in your town, etc. All this depends on whom you are reporting. Your judgement is required.

Everything has consequences. Doing nothing has consequences

What's the solution ? Do you have a better idea ?

Following the money is probably the only way we can actually take them down. Al Capone didn't go down for drugs, they got him on tax evasion. I think money is the only language they speak. It's the only way we can probably "legally" get them.

I just don't see how the corrupt system can be taken down by the corrupt system itself. And triggered by one ordinary guy filing some papers with the IRS. It's a nice fantasy, and, by all means, go ahead and try.
But it's going to take people opening their eyes and standing up. Yes, follow the money by all means, and spread the info you find. But there have already been entire treatises drawn up breaking down the Clinton foundation's illegality- see Charles Ortel- and I hardly see the feds rushing in to stop it.
