I thought so too--So I ran it through one of those basic online photo forensic sites, and it looks legit--I know--that yellow pops too much. I didn't see anything strange in the areas where the symbols are, but the text itself looks like it may have been added. Literally all I'm getting is a black background with faint highlights where the text is.

The yellow spiral triangle on the right in particular looks shopped to my untrained eye.

That's what caught my eye as well. Once you notice that, the rest of the top section looks to be part of it.
