Everything else aside, That 'pizza shop' has 'front' written all over it.

Household style trash cans, these wouldn't last two weeks under industrial use at a busy pizza shop.

20 stacked boxes and a tiny container of sauce. No way you make enough money on that volume.

I work at a pizza place and we have a trashcan that is very similar. We keep a similar amount of boxes in the front, probably a bit more, and we use a container that is pretty much exactly the same size for the sauce when it is used for making pizza. Like... there's a thing called storage. You don't keep all your sauce out of the fridge.
