Dutroux got convicted but 20 key witnesses for the network over time died in strange ways, murdered, just before testifying the network.

The possible boss of Dutroux, Michel Nihoul is a Brussels businessman, pub-owner and familiar face at sex parties. (suspected child murderer.)

He got extreme protection from the government. (Sounds very similar to James Alefantis and Pizzagate !?)
