One does not have to be a shill to discredit the authenticity of the document. No one is contesting the fact that some of the mandates seem to eerily correspond with current affairs and the nefarious efforts of those in control. Who knows, regardless of its authenticity as a document, there may those willing to follow and implement such an overall plan for mankind.
