I too think "flat earth" as popularly described is a Psyop to ensnare and discredit conspiracy truthers. The earth is definitely not a flat disk with Antarctica around the perimeter. You can tell by the way the sun sets: It sinks below the horizon. It does NOT get farther away and smaller and smaller into a tiny dot.
However, I DO DOUBT the official story that the earth is a round spinning globe as we have been told. There aren't even any photographs of the global earth. The NASA ones you know are "pieced together" and "simulated" from smaller photos
And think of seasons. that alone disproves flat earth even for those ignorant of geometry, astronomy, or any science at all. And how about the Coriolanus effect? Impossible if the earth were flat. Even the Vikings knew it wasn't flat and they were not exactly intellectuals.
Of course the NASA photos are faked. That is done on purpose so people will associate flat earth with the moon hoax. The manned missions, and their photos were certainly faked, thus people who realize that will now be lumped in with the flat earth idiots. It's all to discredit those who have seen through the lies.
