How could they conclude that when they never interviewed either because of this "pending" criminal investigation? Comey guessed as to why Abedin was doing this ... having her husband print them out makes no sense. Why would you have your spouse printout emails when you could do it yourself at work? But he never interviewed her so he didn't know ... and didn't know if Weiner read them ... and yet this is all concluded?!!! Yeah, okay.
