I hear what you're saying but it's not just the accent that's a tell. It's what the father says and how he says it. John Podesta is pretty nerdy and kind of sounds like a Caspar Milquetoast type of guy. I know he has his alter ego Skippy but not one has ever heard "Skippy" speak.
The father in that video is really angry in a way I've only ever seen in and around Boston. It's an Irish thing. They thoroughly enjoy getting in dust-ups. There's an expression arguing with an Irishman is like wrestling a pig. You're both going get dirty but only one of you will enjoy it.
There's a stand-up named Billy Burr who represents that type of insanity to the point I wonder if it's possible whoever made that video took a track of a Billy Burr standup comedy routine and messed with it a little bit and dubbed it over the audio from the kid in the shower. Let me know what you think:
And obviously I don't think Billy Burr is a pedophile he's just a good example of the classic Irish-American insanity that you encounter all the time in that area.
