The problem with this video is that while Ronald Bernard say's "Everything is in the Protocols of Zion", he doesn't say who they are. In the video he says that at the top level you must kill children to prove your loyalty.
He also says that all law enforcement & criminal (MAFIA) high-level work together, that all governments work together in genocide to slaughter one another's "excess population". Correctly he also mentions the biggest black market is drugs, & human slavery.
He also mentions that all "Secret Services" on earth exists to make sure the elite never get arrested and that any crime linking to them is never investigated. That is fascinating concept, remember US Secret Service was created just after ZION killed Lincoln. Post US civil war. Many have said that 'Secret Service' armed follow a POTUS to make sure he never talks until the day he dies, in other words they're not there to protect him, they're there to protect their masters from the ex-POTUS. Every POTUS learns who really "RUNS" the world, that person can't talk.
Perhaps this explains the conundrum of Bernard, he doesn't know who is at the top of the 'Protocols', because he didn't kill children, he never achieved the top level to see.
