I haven't heard the video yet but I think if he is alive he is not in the embassy, I think he was kidnapped and then Trump won and it became clear that he was a hot potato but they can't just let him go because it would acknowledge the kidnapping and violating Ecuador's embassy, so prosecuting him would actually allow him to be set free.

So when do you think they took him? Was it during the Kerry visit/internet blackout/rendition flight? I like this theory because things might end well for Assange.
