Like with TOR, they say that if you offer a reasonably secure system/method of communication/etc then expect pedos/terrorists/dealers/etc to use your system. If voat is supposedly a truly open platform, then expect there to be pedos and other unsavory types using it.

Now step back and realize that is the level of banishment this thing has received.
