Aleister Crowley joined a secret society called Ordo Templi Orientis and created a system of sex magick rituals designed to help practitioners to open themselves up to communion with demons. Part of the ritual system includes worship of a being known as Baphomet.

Baphomet was mentioned in one of the Podesta emails, and has been discussed widely here. Video covers direct evidence related to the worship of Baphomet from the Franklin Case and Paul Binocci.

The email mentions moloch, not baphomet.

Typically you depict baphomet by the right and left hand placement, to represent the left hand and right hand paths as well as 'as above, so below', you know, the significant parts of a baphomet picture. I think your picture as proof is a stretch.
