Holy shit... a lot of the Simpsons references seem a bit dubious. But this one is beyond odd and is very intentionally drawn in.

Also, paused @ 0:14 in that same clip, there's a swirl in the tongue on the right side. Probably nothing. But, given the coloboma in the eye and the drug induced state of the entire scene. Maybe there's actually something to this.
