it's just a thought, why wouldn't there be any usb/smart media devices or dvd-r evidence? back ups are a normal process even for the least tech savvy, especially when dealing with such important matters of political magnitude. having a laptop as evidence is a big deal, but doesn't that usually elude to someone having a backup besides the laptop, with the info contained on another medium?
