@SimonRothschild1: All claims made in v/pizzagate research posts must have linked support, per Rule 2. This post is RIFE with unsourced claims, including your headline claim:

Juniper was a symbol of the Canaanites' fertility goddess Ashera or Astarte in Syria.

Not only is no evidence linked for this, but the most preliminary of searches reveals no such link:

Trees described as being an asherah or part of an asherah include grapevines, pomegranates, walnuts, myrtles, and willows (Danby:1933:90,176).

Please repost this in v/pizzagatewhatever, or provide the missing links that support your claim that Alefantis' reference to Juniper has something to do with a fertility goddess. Removing per Rule 2.
