I think it's an ironing board covered by a similar material to that which the man is wearing but not exact. It's more purple. It would be to disguise the torso of the creep who is holding her arms. That's a lot of planning.
The person standing behind her is holding her arms like that so that the message on the shirt doesn't get wrinkled for the photo. An adult sized shirt on a small child will not give you a clear view of the message because the cloth will folding in on itself. He's unslacking the shirt. So it's definitely a message on this shirt that is the important thing, so a photoshop would have removed the original message and replaced it with this new message. That increases the degree of difficulty substantially.
There is the uncropped photo! It's hard to find these days. Someone has got to recognize those shoes on the child. That could be a clue to time frame it. Shoes like that have a limited production. Might be worth a new post if there is a good link to the uncropped photo. Maybe someone will see it and know what it is. Some kind of coyote critter on the shoes which are clogs or something. .

I and others have run ELA on the second photo, and it does not appear to be photoshopped. It may be, but it would be a very good photoshop if that were the case. No, it isn't photoshopped, but it isn't the same girl, either. We figured that out months ago based on the dates the photos were posted. They clearly are two different girls of different ages. Their faces aren't really that similar, either. Clear case of confirmation bias.
