If you do a reverse Google Image search, you only see this version of the photo. If it was photoshopped, it was done before it was uploaded in the first place. There are no original versions of the photo to be found.
copy the image URL and paste it into http://tineye.com to see when and where this pic was posted. looks like it was posted 6 times, and the oldest post is from Jan 14, 2017
