Law enforcement which is NSA is required to have a search warrant. You are comparing the evidence collected by the NSA to evidence collected by private citizens. They are not regulated the same way.

No, I made no such comparison. Reread my post. I merely augmented a correct statement RE the use of parallel construction by LAW ENFORCEMENT.
