These files were not used as evidence because they were obtained by "illegal" means.

The hacker was Sye Phan. Some people were doubting his legitimacy.. I remember a while back, there was a video compilation of different pizzagate researchers who were getting threats to stop researching, or else..Well, at one point in the video i noticed that a person named Sye Phan had sent a threat to ReallyGraceful, saying to stop researching or he will screw with her youtube account. Here is the video..it happens at 1:46 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53qYAWE8_kE I dont know if it is indeed the same person, or just someone using his name...but i think that all this "hacked content" should be taken with a grain of salt....Isn't this also where we got the highly suspicious "newcummers app"?

just noticed at 1:53 in the video, it appears she is having a conversation with someone regarding Sye...the person is saying that Sye is Military trained, and over 50...possible CIA? Who knows...but he is not to be trusted, In my opinion of course
