This is just not how it works. You send a request and the Sr. Manager of Community & Public Affairs knows who to ask to answer your question. This is how journalistic inquiries are handled. I've been working as a journalists for years. This never happened before. Either you answer, or you don't. But this back and forth and ending with the contention that we would have had some kind of misunderstanding. I don't see that. She says that she thought someone would have answered me. I answer this wouldn't be the case and if she could give me the contact to s.o. who is able to answer my question. Then she says: Sorry, it is a missunderstanding. But what is not to be understood in "please tell me who can answer my question." Which is her job. Either you answer or tell the journalist who to ask that question or you just don't answer.
