Well the Second Police District had 7 murders and 465 violent crimes in 2008. Last year it had 5 murders and 359 violent crimes.
OMG! Comet Ping Pong is directly responsible for a 29.5% drop in violent crime. Wow. Maybe that's why he on the list of most powerful people in DC in 2012!!!!!!
