I'm confused on this article. She was a nanny for Madeleine? Was she there because the article made it sound that way. If so, why was she not in the room watching the kids?

If this was known by the nanny, certainty the parents knew this info. So why would they leave the kids alone in the room?

Either this article is crap, the nanny's story is crap or these parents are idiots.
