I don't agree with your characterization, and I'm not going to argue mainline interpretation...but I will say the Israelites were punished for putting their children through the fire to Moloch, the diety current pedosatanists worship. But I do worship the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and his only Son Jesus Christ.

I was brainwashed into the Christian religion as a child, and didn't break free until my mid 20s. I have no interest in going back.
Actually, if you do some research you will note that the vast majority of Americans arrested for pedophilia are Christians.
