I am not sure what we can do about this but I was just checking Periscope and there is a girl, maybe 12, being asked to flash viewers and whether she has ever "been fingered." I am complete grossed out. She was very thin and it appeared she was in an attic, with exposed insulation everywhere. Like 200 plus sickos watching this! Very clear to me she is being trafficked. The user name was male. I see these Truth or Dare scopes often pop up, usually with hundreds of viewers and young girls. How do we stop this? What do we do when we see something? Obviously this needs reporting, but where?
