Numbers 31:1-18 Doesn't say anything about rape, it simply says that they shall keep the female children.
Exodus 21 talks about if a master marries his maidservant.
Genesis 19 - Lots daughters got their father drunk with wine, so that he could impregnate them, since their mother was turned into a pillar of salt when she looked back at the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. Nonetheless, Lots daughter deceitfully used wine to get their father to make them pregnant, which wasn't something God commanded.
