Victims sometimes do forgive their attackers as part of their healing process. That doesn't mean that they are condoning what happened to them or believe that the perpetrator should get off scot free for hurting them. The perp still needs to pay for what they did.

if you go through the AMA, it isn't just her. the entire thread is normalizing it
