No way George Washington (author) believes this is fake news, he's been following this from the beginning (he's into conspiracies big time and has his head firmly on) ... this is just his MO for things that are too hot.

He's got a great book out (under the same name) and on Zero Hedge (use the search bar) you can see how much damage he's inflicted on the deep state through his "op eds," all well documented.

The more I see this trend, the more I ponder if the goal is, in fact, to keep Alefantis from being able to be used as a sort of "American" Dutroux--a lowly henchman thrown to justice-seeking wolves to protect the pedo management, in other words.

At the end he says he has no opinion on the matter because he has spoken to people who see it as a "poison the well" situation so he's just avoiding it. I can accept his non opinion he definitely didn't say he thinks it's fake
