I'm not sure we are so desperate for real leads that we need to post everything Webb says. If he offers proof, or sources besides his own mouth, that's different. He has said questionable things in the past and many here are suspicious of him. Perhaps a separate sub for those who like this drama he is doing, but I don't think it warrants posting here.
