the amount of effort you put in HoneyBee is amazing!

We need to try this - "hey all, I am very frustrated with reporting posts/pictures on Facebook and other sites are just as bad. There seems to be very few avenues on these sites to report child protection and endangerment issues.

Would it be beneficial if we worked on a set method for reporting these posts and people? Would it be better to do this per social media group, one method for Facebook, one for Instagram etc? OR do we work on a way to report them to some international body so we can all follow the same format, in a effort to give our reports some legitimacy ?"

I got this message too, I always report to local law enforcement, FBI, and NCMEC. if you report to all, they are forced to check on eachother, it's been effective so far in taking down websites and profiles.

when you say local law enforcement, do you report to your local law enforcement or local to the case? For someone overseas like me I don't think my local police would really know what to do :(

Yes, you report to your local law enforcement, they make a case and contact the police where the offender resides. You need to report it locally because the offense happened in your town because you discovered it there.
