I've had this site in my bookmarks for months, APAN.
I can't remember how I came upon it but it's connected to the Dept of Defense and feels like a Multinational version of the State Dept/Clinton foundation.
So far I don't believe it's ever come up in our investigation. I have never heard of it being mentioned at all.
"Our Team
APAN's Information Technology (IT) Team has more than 15 years of experience supporting multinational exercises, humanitarian assistance and disaster response (HADR) operations, conferences, training and various agencies and organizations information sharing requirements. APAN's IT Team has a proven record of outstanding performance with innovative, responsive and adaptable employees who always place the customer first. The APAN IT Team's combination of field experience and wide technical and academic abilities provide the foundation to meet many customer needs."
If you explore the different tabs for the site it's like a social media for all the biggest disasters including of course Haiti. It even has webcam.
I have looked all through the site and suspiciously there is not even one person named in relation to the company or whatever it is.
A search of APAN and Clinton gave me this article and this one both about an odd subject matter.
There is a Wikipedia page that makes it look all military but I'm not sure where to go from there Wikipedia
