Statute of limitations is a US paedo cover there isn't one in most of the free world. They still prosecute the odd nazi but Corey Feldman can't get justice. the BBC is just exposing a historic case that can be prosecuted.

Ideally, these things are discovered contemporaneously to the crimes. That way, people can actually be arrested and go to jail. These bingo brains can't even do it in the same century.
