To be clear, this is/was a show on the DC/VA PBS broadcast. Watch episode 1 and 2. The superhero has CP on his chest. What's with the empty children's costumes pinned to the bulletin board? What's up with the global map in the background during the "news" portions of the "broadcast"?

I truly believe this outfit is merchandising children at the behest of the parents. Keep in mind that the producer of this thing is the son of "Stuckeys", a restaurant chain of truck stops.
