Dunno about in florida, but some states have zones that are residential and commercial... like a business with an apartment above it. That could answer one of the questions maybe?

This. It is EXTREMELY common down here in FL. I live in the Madeira, Reddington area...It's all technically St. Pete...and it isn't uncommon at all for a business to be both a residential and commercial property.

But then again, because I'm in the area..and I really mean that (same zip code, 2 minute drive from that Trulia address), if you guys need anything or any help, let me know.

Thanks. Just curious but is it also common for that area to be on a lot that big?? I mean this house/business is over 10,000 sq ft. It just seems a little large to me. Then again I've never been to Florida.

Yeah, it's not uncommon at all. The lot that my house sits on is 7,000...so I imagine 10,000 isn't crazy. You have to think that a lot of ranch style homes down here range from 1500 to 2000 or more sq ft...so what's left will be a combo of front yard and back yard...especially when so many houses down here have pools (which you need a lot of lot space for). It's comparable to other houses in the area.

Let me know if you need any other info. I'm happy to help :D
