Is there a difference between the two? I use both archive sites since sometimes one won't capture it but the other does.

I don't know what differences they have, compatibility maybe. One site I found recently wouldn't archive in any system, didn't seem t have an IP address either. Another VOAT member analyzed it and told me it was being referred to through PHP from a parent site. However, I never found it via the parent site, its was some click through duckduckgo search, safe settings off, in Opera 43, my host file is literally 38 megs of blocked web address's and I use ad-block in Opera. It was pure fluke to have found such a site. Its a site seemingly hidden on open web with content bordering the legal'ish limits of kiddy porn. Somehow it sets a cookie/s and approves the browser access. It wouldn't archive so I had to screen-shot it, which I could do with the archive sites either, I had to do it direct with my browser plug-ins then upload the image to an image host, then archive the image.
