She was very clearly a victim of bad management (her own mother!) as a child. its not her fault that sex sells and if it paid for Princeton tuition that's not the worst investment. To give her credit Shields doesn't act or dress trampy as an adult and I've never seen any crazy allegations about her in the tabloid headlines. She seems to have come out without major alcohol and addiction issues.
One thing about all this research and the scope about pizzagate is that it has really caused me have empathy for victims, although Brooke was paid for her work, I think we can all pretty much agree that it was blatantly child sex porn.
The point about Princeton is that there is no way Shields was academically qualified at all. Princeton is an interesting place as regards this topic, though.
