I 100 percent agree with you on changing the system. It actually starts with each individual, and hes or her desire to pull back his energy and make the change and be an example for others. I have to disagree with your statement: The majority of people live decent enough and without much disruption. We are being so polluted and disrupted on levels we cant imagine, and the psychopaths are on a rampage destroying the earth and forcing control, slavery in man levels over every single individual, and the people can feel the pressure mounting, will they come together? its up to us, never a group, or single man or women.
