Correct that's exactly how it was done. There's a great video of one of the boy "victims" Daniel something and it's obvious the photos of him are really photos of the older brother when he was young. "Daniel" never existed it was all a psy-op. Look for the video on YouTube under "Daniel Sandy Hook younger brother hoax"
